Lifetime Warranty

We provide a Lifetime Warranty on all products from the initial date of purchase. 

From purchase Collective Original's warranty covers any manufacturing defects to your jewellery outside fair wear and tear. Please remember to save your receipt as proof of purchase for the warranty. In the event of broken or snapped jewellery Collective Original will replace the jewellery at no extra cost, once the faulty jewellery has been returned to our office at the customer's expense.

Email hello@collectiveoriginal.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged piece, and we’ll sort you out with a free replacement or credit to spend on something else.
